Yves Hupé, President & CTO  Yves is a seasoned telecommunications industry executive with a wide international business knowledge, adding over 17 years of experience in the Service Provider market sector. In his previous role as VP Marketing and Product Management at Memotec, Yves has been instrumental in the company's growth and repositioning into the fast expanding cellular backhaul business, resulting in triple sales revenue. Prior to joining Memotec, Yves has successfully occupied national and foreign corporate executive positions at Tier-1 companies (Alcatel-Lucent group) and startups, in Marketing, Business Development and Market Strategy. A Canadian resident, Yves is active within Montreal’s vibrant high technology business community.
Yves holds an MsC in Physics and Electronics from the Ecole Superieure d’Electricité (ESE) Paris, France, with a Major in Computer Science and Robotics.

François St-Pierre, COO & CFO  François holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Quebec at Montreal and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec. François has acquired a superior knowledge in the field of finance, external audit and taxation, with significant experience in the areas of company mergers, acquisitions and financing.
He brings to Memotec more than 14 years of experience, which includes acting as a Manager for the audit firm of Samson Bélair Deloitte et Touche, and more recently, as a Controller in the aerospace industry.

Anthony Orlando, VP Worldwide Sales  Anthony is a senior executive with successful track records in business and management through his past positions at Advantek, Nortel and SNC-LAVALIN, with a special focus on Sales & Marketing. Anthony brings to Memotec his strong business and leadership acumen, in addition to his experience and in-depth knowledge of the Telecom operator and microwave backhaul industry.

Claude Rocray, VP of Engineering  Claude Rocray has more 15 years of software and system engineering experience. Claude is responsible for implementing and executing the activities related to product development and continuation. Claude returned to Memotec after four years at Marconi Communications where he held the position of Software Manager responsible for software development teams working on TDM, SONET and optical projects.
Previous to that, Claude was a Senior Software Manager at Memotec responsible for Memotec's LAN (IP) protocol group. Claude holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics Engineering from École Polytechnique of Montréal, Québec.

Semir Hassanaly, Senior Director Strategic Marketing  Semir leads Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Sales Effectiveness. A seasoned telecommunications professional, Semir brings over two decades of wireless product management and product development expertise to Memotec. Previously with OZ Communications, Semir was looking at new technical and business opportunities in the wireless Internet industry, and at product management and product marketing.
Before that, Semir has held several international assignments with Airwide solutions/Schlumberger/Sema Group in the areas of product management, solutions architecture and product development. Semir holds a M.S in Electronics and Automatics from the University of Sciences of Montpellier, France and a Business Administration (major is strategy) degree from the Institut Francais de Gestion, France.
